Please read these carefully before booking:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed only after full/partial payment and verification of necessary ID documents.
  2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance covering health, trip delays, and cancellations.
  3. Health & Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any medical condition or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
  4. Tour Adjustments: Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Safari zones are allotted by forest authorities and may change without notice.
  5. Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from weather, transport issues, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
  6. Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to respect nature, local communities, and fellow travellers. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the group without refund.
  7. Misconduct & Termination Clause: The Tour Leader and the Company reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tour at any time in case of misconduct, misbehaviour, non-adherence to company policies, involvement in any illegal activity, or causing disturbance or harm to wildlife or the environment. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided, and all related costs (including return travel or penalties) shall be borne by the participant.
  8. Photography Ethics: We promote ethical photography practices. No baiting, disturbing, or manipulating wildlife is allowed.
  9. Image Usage: We may use tour images for promotion unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
  10. Jurisdiction: All disputes arising out of or in connection with this tour or its terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
  11. Risk Coverage & Liability:

    Wildlife tours and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including wildlife encounters, remote travel conditions, weather, and transportation risks.

    By booking or participating in any tour organized by Ethical Wildlife, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

    Ethical Wildlife, its owners, employees, guides, and associates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or death arising during or in connection with the tour, including incidents related to wildlife, adventure activities, transportation, natural events, third-party services, or participant negligence.

    Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, and belongings and are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

    By confirming a booking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer.
