Terms & Conditions

Please read these carefully before booking:

Booking Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed only after full/partial payment and verification of necessary ID documents.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance covering health, trip delays, and cancellations.
Health & Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any medical condition or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Tour Adjustments: Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Safari zones are allotted by forest authorities and may change without notice.
Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from weather, transport issues, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to respect nature, local communities, and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the group without refund.
Photography Ethics: We promote ethical photography practices. No baiting, disturbing, or manipulating wildlife is allowed.
Image Usage: We may use tour images for promotion unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
