Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Applicable to all services booked through The Ethical Wildlife

 

Booking Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email) and will be considered valid only when acknowledged by our team.

 

Please note:
Once permits are booked, they are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable as per the regulations of forest departments. In such cases, the permit charges will be deducted from your deposit.

 

Refund on Balance Amount
     Refund eligibility on the remaining amount (after deducting permit fees) is based on the timing of the cancellation request:

• 60 days or more before the start of the tour: 75% refund
• 30 to 59 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund

 

Service Delivery Policy
The Ethical Wildlife specializes in wildlife tour experiences and photography-based safaris. We strive to confirm all bookings within 24 hours of receipt. We offer 24×7 support on all days, including public holidays.

While we aim for seamless execution, certain conditions (e.g., park closures, roadblocks, political unrest, or unforeseen environmental challenges) are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such cases.

 

Mode of Payment
    We accept:

• Online bank transfers (domestic and international)
• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
• UPI and net banking options
• For international guests, additional bank charges may apply for credit card transactions. These will be added to the final invoice amount.

 

Important Notes

• Once booked, safari permits cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, as per forest department policy.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after written confirmation and deduction of non-refundable charges.
• Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request.
• No-show or early departure during the tour will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be applicable.
